Selling the car was a breeze. Although it was difficult to work with Bidlane's accounting after the sale, eventually they paid the negotiated price. It did take a few extra days for the money to come through but they gave me extra compensation for the inconvenience and were very apologetic about how the case was mishandled. In the end, the company lived up to its promises.
Before reading the reviews. We went here after getting an instant offer from KBB. After negotiations..we agreed upon a price. No problems yet BUT After reading some of the reviews, I am now extremely concerned about receiving timely payment as agreed. Hopefully, Emilio and Robert D did not mislead us by providing us with the dates to expect payment. Stay tuned.. will update this review in 5-7 business days. UPDATE: Payment was received and cleared today..in 5 business days!! I can exhale now.
Was super easy to sell our car. Only issue is that it took about a month to get our money, and if we hadn't caught that the money hadn't come through, we never would have gotten it. Make sure you keep after them once you sell them your car, to make sure you get your money in a timely fashion. Also, get another quote from your dealership or elsewhere, as they initially lowballed us but then matched another offer we got. But the overall selling process was super fast and easy.

Sold my 2017 Cadillac CTS! They were able to match a previous offer. Everyone at Bidlane was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend to anyone that is interested is selling their car! Deducted a star because I asked for an Uber ride home and was turned down. Then I see a lot of other reviews where they offered people a free Uber ride home. Had to pay for it mine.
